Oneworld Travel has been serving customers across Yorkshire for 24 years.

Built on a reputation for expert knowledge, genuine value and attentive personal service, we have grown from a single independent shop on Wakefield's Bullring into a family of four branches. Our flagship store now sits in Trinity Shopping Centre, Wakefield, alongside our branches in Yarm, Beverley and York.

The business is led by our Managing Director, a familiar face in the Yorkshire travel industry, and supported by long-standing general managers with more than 30 years' combined experience. That continuity matters to us, and we believe it shows in the relationships we build with our clients. The majority of our business comes from returning clients and personal recommendations, and we take genuine pride in that.

Despite being an independent agency, we have the supplier relationships and buying power to access deals and operators that are typically reserved for much larger companies, and that most other independents simply cannot offer. Our clients benefit from that breadth of choice without sacrificing the personal service that makes us different.

All four of our branches offer bureau de change services with some of the most competitive foreign exchange rates in their respective areas. We will match or beat any genuine competitor's rate.

Our newest York branch opened in December 2025, offering the full range of holidays and currencies with Oneworld's expert service and personal approach trusted for the past two and a half decades.

We are proud to play an active role in our local communities. We recruit locally, offer apprenticeship routes into the travel industry, and have raised over £100,000 for local charities through our annual client winter party, supporting causes including Wakefield Cathedral, Wakefield Hospice, Butterwick Hospice and Cash for Kids. We are also corporate sponsors of Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club, Wakefield Theatre Royal and Beverley Town Football Club.
