For clients who are currently in resort or due to travel with us and need to contact us urgently, you can do so on our emergency contact number – which can be found inside the wallet used to contain your tickets. The number can also be found on the bottom of the paperwork you have received from us directly (E.G. Receipts and Confirmations – you will not find it on paperwork or tickets from your airline or holiday company). Please only use this number if you have a genuine problem or emergency.
