For clients who are currently in resort or due to travel with us and need to contact us urgently, you can do so on our emergency contact number – which can be found inside the wallet used to contain your tickets. The number can also be found on the bottom of the paperwork you have received from us directly (E.G. Receipts and Confirmations – you will not find it on paperwork or tickets from your airline, etc).

Please only use this number if you have a genuine emergency. For non-urgent inquiries, please contact your local branch on the office number during GMT opening hours.

We take customer service very seriously and aim to give all our clients the highest level of care. If you’re dissatisfied with your experience using us, or have complaints for a tour operator, airline or third party company, we ask that you start by contacting the branch used to book your holiday in order to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Should your complaint be directed towards one of our trade partners (such as an airline, hotel, or tour operator) we will happily support the complaint process on your behalf.  As the majority of our trade partners require the first form of complaint communication in writing, we recommend placing your complaint in writing before contacting us to speed up the complaint procedure.
